KFSD STEM Summer Camp 2016 comes to a close.

KAISER FOUNDATION STEM CONSTRUCTION SUMMER CAMP 2016 COMES TO A CLOSE.

The first edition of the STEM Construction Summer Camp organized by Kaiser Foundation for Social Development (KFSD) in Lagos, came to an end on 10th September, 2016.

The 1-week summer camp which kicked off on 4th September, 2016 with 32 students mostly from public secondary schools namely Federal Government College Warri; Isale-Eko Senior Grammar School, Lagos Island; Lagos State Senior Model College, Badore; Magbon Alade Senior Grammar School, Ibeju-Lekki; Government Senior College, Ketu-Epe; Lagos State Senior Model College, Igbonla-Epe and Gwarinpa Junior Secondary School, Abuja.

We are particularly grateful to our Partners for their contributions in diverse areas which include the provision of free return flight tickets by ArikAir Limited for the participants, free snacks and lunch by Tastee Fried Chicken (TFC), PZ Cussons for their products as gift items, Eleanor Thompson for the career counselling and TAAI Consultancy Limited for the Development of the project.

Our appreciation also goes out to PERI Formwork and Scaffolding Nigeria Limited and Lafarge Nigeria for the opportunity of an excursion to their site and concrete plant respectively.  In addition, our gratitude is extended to Channels Television and BusinessDay for showcasing our humble efforts.
